The standard rooms are Deluxe rooms. They are large and decorated in a Spanish style. Some rooms are a little bit ruined down due to the age of the hotel. The bathroom is small in size with the washbasin located outside the bathroom. The rooms offer either city or Manila bay view.

They are 2 restaurants, a poolside bar and a lounge with live music. Both restaurant are large in size, casual in setting and located on the ground floor.

Hyatt Regency hotel is categorized as a 5 star Deluxe class hotel. The rooms would benefit from a refurbishment to keep up with the modern deluxe category hotel. It is a comfortable hotel with good value for money.
