Location
This hotel is in the centre of town, in the pedestrianised area of shops and restaurants. The hotel is the same distance from Aarhus Airport as the town of Aarhus itself. A delightful alternative.
Rooms
The rooms are of different size. 40% are large and 60% are medium sized; but they are all in very good condition. They are slightly more modern than the rest of the hotel in design, but retain traditional furnishings where possible. Several of the bathrooms are wonderfully old-fashioned some even having marble floors with inlaid mother of pearl. Classical art deco style features in some rooms.
Restaurant
There are four dining rooms all elegantly furnished, decorated in warm yellows with antiques and good quality furnishings throughout. The a la carte menu is excellent. There is also much history in the ornate murals and pictures that adorn the walls.
General
Famous for being the second oldest hotel in Denmark. This hotel offers the individual traveler a memorable stay in a beautiful hotel, close to Aarhus International Airport.
